Some days it is easier to look on the bright side, find the joy, and create it when it cannot be found. Other days, a quick "Thank you, next' and beverage seem to do the trick. And when you combine both, its just plain magic. So basically I am saying, try this Autumn Mule, you won't be disappointed. And before you say you don't like mules, there are a LOT of options with this one, mule or no mule, spiked or not spiked, hot or cold, and we may have tried it all of these ways on a few different occasions. (I am calling that research.)
You'll need to make the cider first. Note that this is meant to be more of a concentrated cider, and you can drink it hot, make it into a toddy, or serve over ice. For this you'll need the following...
Assembly time! We personally enjoy an Irish mule, so we used traditional ingredients like our favorite ginger beer and bourbon whiskey...but, you can omit the bourbon, substitute your favorites, or just use sparkling water to make a non-alcoholic version.
Easy, oh-so-yummy, and super versatile! It's like apple pie in a drink, a little dangerous because its just that good, and a bonus...your house will smell like you have been baking all day long. Let me know if you try this one (or how many you enjoyed once you do!).
